The Hunt is an outdoor training system built around the principles of hunting — moving through terrain, jogging, carrying, balancing, and working with the environment.

It develops natural strength, mobility, endurance, and awareness.

For those who prefer it, more traditional strength and conditioning sessions are also available.

Chemistry Resets

Short guided programs designed to stabilise energy, reduce sugar dependence, and reset your relationship with food and cravings.

These resets focus on understanding how your body’s chemistry works so you can feel more in control of your energy and habits. Available in any location.

Personal Coaching

Practical coaching that combines breathwork, movement, and mindset tools to regulate the nervous system and build sustainable habits for health and resilience.

I created Machine Like Me after a major shift in my own life.

After years working in a conventional career, I realised that something fundamental was missing — movement, challenge, and connection with the body.

A turning point came when I decided to take on an extreme challenge: running 160 miles across the Sahara Desert. The experience changed how I thought about strength, resilience, and the relationship between body and mind.

Since then I have spent years exploring movement training, nervous system regulation, behavioural change, and human physiology, developing practical ways to help people build strength, stabilise their energy, and feel more capable in everyday life.

Machine Like Me brings these ideas together through outdoor movement training, chemistry resets, and coaching that focuses on sustainable change rather than quick fixes.
